3. Jean A. Mueller passed away on May 7, 2015, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born in New York and raised in the Bronx. She later moved to the Chicago area, where she married, raised her family and started her career. Once retired, she relocated to Ballwin in 1997, and had lived in the area ever since. Jean was kind and gracious, with a fun sense of humor. She always found a way to look on the bright side of things. To Jean the glass was definitely half full, and she truly believed that laughter was the best medicine. She had a zest for life and loved people, placing a high value on all of her relationships. She found great joy in seeing others succeed and celebrating those successes. She had an accomplished career in sales, even attaining the honor of salesperson of the year within her company, however since her emphasis was always on others, many people may be unaware of this. Jean enjoyed travel, the opera, the symphony orchestra and dance. She was also surprisingly tech-savvy for her age and was an avid texter which she used as a way to keep in constant touch with her family, who was her greatest joy. She was a continual source of strength and encouragement to them and will be deeply missed. They are comforted in knowing that she is at home with the Lord. She is survived by her daughters: Jeanette (Steve) Browne, Barbara Lantz and Margie (David) White, grandchildren: Andrew Browne, John Lantz, Dan (Elyse) Browne, Michael (Kellie) Browne, Brian Browne, Timothy White and Allison White, great-grandson: Luke Browne, and extended family.
